We work closely with you to build your Energy Conservation & Demand Management Plan, which includes determining your annual energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of your operations, identifying measures for reducing the amount of energy consumed by your buildings and operations, including energy reduction goals, action plans, and detailed Energy Conservation Measures (ECM).
We will go beyond the minimum legislated requirements.
Our energy services are delivered on the principle of performance-based energy management, which includes conducting full energy audits across all selected facilities to identify energy savings opportunities and determine priorities, implementing and carrying out sound project and action plans, and providing the follow-up reporting and monitoring required. We will facilitate improved awareness among staff at the facilities, management and decision makers to create team engagement, motivate employees to adopt and pursue energy efficiency, and establish a culture of "continuous improvement".
